Ingredients
- 1 pack elbow macaroni
- 1 tin evaporated milk
- 31/2 cups grated cheese (any cheese of choice)
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt to taste
Instructions
- in a boil with boiling water, add macaroni, stir and allow to cook based on packaging instructions
- while macaroni is cooking preheat oven to 350 degrees f
- grate the cheese set aside. chop onion and set aside.
- in another bowl, whisk eggs until fluffy ‘
- once macaroni is cooked, drain and allow to cool a bit before add the rest of the ingredients
- add eggs, half of the cheese, pepper, butter and milk. mix until combined. pour into a pie or baking dish and allow to bake until desired colour
- allow to cool before cutting and serving
- enjoy!
