Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh ginger
- sugar to taste
- 12-14 cups water boiled
- bay leave
- cloves
- lime peel
- 1 whole lime juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Instructions
- pour boiling water over grated ginger and allow to seep for 30 minutes or more depending on desired strength of the beer
- once cool add vanilla essence, lime juice and sugar and stir. chill and serve
