Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup flax chia blend
- 1/2 cup soaked oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar or any healthy alternative of choice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 -1 cup warm water
- 1/2 teaspoons himalayan pink salt
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees f
- in a mixer bowl, add all ingredients except oil and water. mix on medium speed until combined. add oil and mix. next add in water a little at a time and knead until a sticky dough is formed (about 8 minutes).
- place dough in a lightly greased bowl and allow to rest until proofed. once proofed, place into the mixer once more and knead for a further 3 minutes. once finished, place on a lightly floured countertop. cut into two (2) equal parts and form into bread and place in lightly oiled loaf pans.
- allow to proof for another 45 minutes. place in oven to bake until brown (about 30-35 minutes depending on oven. it may be more time or less)
- remove from oven. allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing and placing them on a cooling rack to cool completely.
- slice and enjoy with any sides of choice
