Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond nuts (soaked overnight or for 8 hours and washed well)
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- strainer
- cheese cloth
- container for storage
Instructions
- in a high powered blender, place nuts and water and blend for 30 seconds. strain and place in air tight container. last up to 5 days in your fridge.
- enjoy!
For the flour
- preheat oven to 200 degrees f. place the almond pulp on a baking sheet and spread evenly. place in oven and bake for about 2 hours and 40 minutes to dry out the moisture.
- once done, remove from oven and allow to cool completely. place in potions in blender cup and blend for about 20 seconds no more than 30 seconds. you should get a powder like consistency. place in air tight container and store in fridge until ready for use.
P.S. both milk and flour can be used in breads, pancakes, cookies, waffles and the likes. you can use the milk in your coffee and cocoa tea as well
