Fried Rice With Turkey Sausage

Ingredients

  • cooked basmati rice (2 cups)
  • 3 turkey sausages chopped (or as many as you want)
  • 11/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of homemade green seasoning
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn and green peas
  • 1/2 cup carrot chopped
  • 11/2 teaspoon chinese seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon (or less depending on your taste) black pepper
  • 3 pimento peppers diced
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 garlic cloves diced
  • left over baked chicken

Instructions

  • add oil to frying pan and add the sausages and fry for a couple minutes until it’s nice and brown. once done, remove from pan and set aside
  • add in homemade seasoning, garlic, onion, pimento peppers. mix well and allow to sautee for a couple minutes.
  • next go in with the frozen corn and peas, carrots and basmati rice and add in the the sausage
  • season with the chinese seasoning, salt to taste, black pepper and the soy sauce. mix well and allow to fry until done.
  • once finished served with left over baked chicken or any meat of choice .
