Ingredients
- cooked basmati rice (2 cups)
- 3 turkey sausages chopped (or as many as you want)
- 11/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of homemade green seasoning
- 1/2 cup frozen corn and green peas
- 1/2 cup carrot chopped
- 11/2 teaspoon chinese seasoning
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon (or less depending on your taste) black pepper
- 3 pimento peppers diced
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves diced
- left over baked chicken
Instructions
- add oil to frying pan and add the sausages and fry for a couple minutes until it’s nice and brown. once done, remove from pan and set aside
- add in homemade seasoning, garlic, onion, pimento peppers. mix well and allow to sautee for a couple minutes.
- next go in with the frozen corn and peas, carrots and basmati rice and add in the the sausage
- season with the chinese seasoning, salt to taste, black pepper and the soy sauce. mix well and allow to fry until done.
- once finished served with left over baked chicken or any meat of choice .
