Waffles

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt to balance of flavours
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tablespoons dried blueberry
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberry
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond essence

Instructions

  • in a large bowl, add all dry ingredients and give a good mix. next make a well in the center, add in wet ingredients. mix until well combined. set aside.
  • next, preheat waffle maker to desired heat for crispiness according to liking. add batter using a 1/4 cup and allow to cook until golden brown. remove and serve with syrup of choice or even fruits
