]]> One of the most refreshing summer drink you can ever have is a mixture of cucumber and mangoes. It’s perfect and very simple to make. This delicious Cucumber Mango Juice recipe will cool you right down on a hot summery day. Give it a try today!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium sized cucumbers, washed
  • 6 medium sized or 3 large green mangos, cleaned and washed
  • 6-8 cups water
  • sugar (sweeten to desire taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime extract
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon mixed extract

Instructions

  • cut cucumbers and mangoes into chunks
  • in a blender, add cucumbers and mangoes. add some of the water (about 6 cups ) and blend for a few minutes
  • in a large bowl, strain the juice out. add extracts and sweeten to taste.
  • chill before serving
  • enjoy!
