Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 4 ounces blue band margarine
  • 4.4 ounces cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon very cold water

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 325 degrees f
  • in a large bowl add butter and cheese and mix until creamy. add in salt, pepper and flour a little at a time and mix until combined. (should be a dough that this flexible enough to work with) add cold water if there is a need to do so.
  • next using pipping tip or cookie presser, add dough and push unto baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • place in oven and bake until the sides start to brown (about 15-20 mins). remove from oven and allow to cool before plating and serve
