Ingredients

  • 6 ripe mangoes, washed, peeled and sliced
  • carambola/ five finger fruit (as many as you want to add. i used about 6-7 medium sized ones), washed, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 limes
  • a few mint leaves
  • 8-10 cups water
  • sweeten with sugar to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mixed essence
  • a dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  • blend five finger, mango and mint leaves, along with half of the water. blend until smooth.
  • strain into a big bowl. add in the lime juice, mixed essence and nutmeg. mix well. next sweetened to desired taste.
  • serving the next day is best
  • enjoy!
