Hi guys! My name is Cecilia and welcome to my cooking/ baking blog site, SpiceIsland Cooking!
Just a little background on me. I am from the tiny island in the Caribbean called Grenada (main island of the tri-island state known as Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique) also know as the Isle of Spice (as we have a wide variety of spices such as cinnamon, saffron, cloves just to name a few). So naturally, I will be talking about our various spices.
On here, I will be cooking authentic recipes from my homeland Grenada as well as other dishes from around the world ! My love for food has prompted me to create this blog site where I can blog about the food I love.
I am not an expert cook or baker, but love to make and create delicious food to share with friends and family! So come along on this journey with me as we cook, bake, create and have fun together while doing it!
