-1 cup Frozen Strawberries
-1/2 – 1 cup Brown Sugar
-Cinnamon Stick
-A pinch of salt
-1 Water
-Nutmeg to taste

- place skillet on medium heat on stove
- Add strawberries and water
- Bring to a boil. Next add sugar and a pinch of salt for balancing of flavours and give a quick stir
- Be sure to stir constantly to avoid spilling over onto stove
